True Organic Coffee

Kind Koffee Co is a Hawaiian owned coffee trailer located inside Warehouse 3540 serving up the best organic coffee on island. Drinking coffee is a non-negotiable ritual in our opinion so choosing organic is a no-brainer. How our coffee is cultivated, harvested & roasted has quite an impact on our health as well as the people who grow and process it and the planet we live on. That said, we've been meticulous in sourcing beans that are truly organic - good for you and the aina (land).

If, for some reason, you aren't a coffee fan, don't worry. We will still shower you with plenty aloha & kindness as we DO offer a variety of coffee alternatives as well.

ono Food

Drinks aren't the only thing we create in this little trailer! We know drinks are often paired best with one Ono (delicious!) meal so we offer things like Avocado Toast (served up on organic sourdough bread / gluten free available too!), Locally made organic bagels, and of COURSE!! we have to offer freshly baked chocolate chip cookies. Get em while they last. Those sell out almost daily!

Locally Designed Merch

Because we know you know coffee drinking is as much a lifestyle as it is a drink, we have a variety of merchandise options available for purchase at the trailer. Unisex Tees, crop tops & muscles tees which have been locally designed and printed. R-tic brand insulated holographic tumblers, stickers and gift cards. Locally processed & grown CBD Oil and locally made Kauai grown Vanilla Syrup. In case you didn't catch it by now, we're huge fans of supporting local and sure appreciate the ways you choose to do the same whether you're local yourself or a visitor to this beautiful island we call home.

The Owner

Owner, Taeru, was born & raised on Kauai. Since the age of 15 she dreamed of owning her own business so when the opportunity arose to purchase a cute vintage coffee trailer, she jumped at the chance even though she had very little experience making any coffee drinks. She did, however, have plenty experience as a server and bartender so knew how to be meticulous with portions and abundant in kindness. These skills were key base ingredients in her little business thriving. A barista friend showed the ropes of how to extract a perfect shot & steam milk to perfection and her bartending skills came in handy with inventing various specialty coffee creations and making the drinks FAST!
